We control 100% of the production process to guarantee the quality control.
Core making
We use the cold box process to make 100% of the cores. We have 5 automated and adaptable lines to make motor blocks and cylinder heads.
Melting
We melt different ferroalloys with our advanced equipment and use cutting edge monitoring and control systems to guarantee the properties and quality of our molten iron.
Casting
We have 2 moulding lines, adapted to different sizes, automated processes and cooling times.
Fettling
We offer 4 finishing lines, specifically designed for each kind of application and equipped with automated processes.
