We focus our efforts in reaching very precise wall thicknesses and dimensional tolerances.
In the case of motor blocks for automotive market, we can reach thicknesses of 3,0 mm +/- 0.5 mm using a vertical core package system.
Regarding industrial vehicles, the minimum wall thickness reached with the horizontal core package concept is of 4.5 mm +/- 0,7 mm.

Another innovation line in which we work is the function integration projects for motor blocks. We seek to reduce the number of components found in them, which would result in a reduction of final costs for our clients. These projects include the design of the optimize pieces and simulations of the process and of the piece’s tensions.
