We melt steel and different alloys with our advanced equipment and use cutting edge monitoring and control systems to guarantee the properties and quality of our molten iron.
Maximum precision from the beginning of the manufacturing process
Once the cores have been manufactured according to the client’s requirements, we melt the scrap iron and alloys in the bucket and in specific furnaces, where it melts and is transferred through molding ladles.
Maximum productivity
In our melting area we have a bucket with a capacity of 24 tons/hour, 2 maintenance furnaces with a capacity of 40 and 75 tons and 2 medium frequency furnaces with a capacity of 12 tons/hour.
Thermal analysis
We have advanced thermal analysis technology to guarantee the properties and quality of our melted iron.
Continuous monitoring
We continuously monitor the composition of the base iron in the bucket and the alloying in the transport ladle to guarantee the material’s correct properties.
Direct and continuous communication
We maintain a direct and continuous communication system with the material laboratory data system.
