We use the cold box process to make 100% of the cores. We have 5 automated and adaptable lines to make motor blocks and cylinder heads.
Highest precision from the beginning of the manufacturing process
In this phase we manufacture the cores, which are reproduced inside the block or cylinder head. They are made of sand and different materials (Chromite, Bauxite, organic additives) and are painted to achieve a perfect final finish.

We have 5 core making automated lines to make cores, paint, dry, assemble and inspect.

The lines are adaptable for the manufacture of cylinder heads and motor blocks of cars and industrial vehicles
Cutting edge equipment
We use shooting machines with varying capabilities, from 25 to 120 liters, as well as assembling and screwing processes.
Polyvalence in sands and paints
We use different types of sands (silica, chromite, bauxite) and water based heat resistant paints, depending on the kind of core, to guarantee its quality and fulfill the dimensional and cleanliness requirements of each piece.
