We have 4 fettling lines, specifically designed for each kind of application and equipped with automated processes.
High standards of piece-cleanliness
When the piece has solidified and cooled, it undergoes deburring, shot blasting, facing and finishing to review it, final paint and mechanization.

We guarantee adequate results in regards to the tolerance requirements of the most demanding industries.
Degritting through vibration
The lines are adaptable for the manufacture of cylinder heads and motor blocks of cars and industrial vehicles
Shot blasting
Shot blasting on the exterior and in the interior circuits of the piece.
Painting
Painting with powder or liquid paint.
Datamatrix marking
Marking for the individual identification of the pieces in an industrial traceability system. In 4.0 industry environments they show a high readability.
Antioxidant application
Shot blasting on the exterior and in the interior circuits of the piece.
Exhaustive quality check
On top of the fletting processes, we carry out exhaustive inspections on the pieces. For some specific applications, we have additional controls such as the flowmeter‑based oil circuit control and the artificial vision‑based piece control.
