The headquarters of Alboan Foundation hosted a very special meeting between Tafalla Iron Foundry S. Coop. (TIF) and two directors from the Technical Training Centers of Fe y Alegría Honduras. Their goal was to gain insight into how to build strong partnerships between companies and vocational training centers in Navarra and the Basque Country, within the cooperative model that defines our region.

Accompanied by Javier Andueza Artal on behalf of Alboan, the Honduran representatives held working sessions with Teresa Rodríguez Martínez de Olcoz, Edurne Gil Marcilla, and Lucas Álvarez, members of TIF’s management team. During the visit, they learned about the pioneering dual training program that TIF has developed together with the Integrated Polytechnic Center of Tafalla (CIP).

The exchange also provided an opportunity to discuss experiences, challenges, and lessons learned in vocational education and youth employment.

At TIF, we firmly believe that cooperation between companies and educational institutions is essential to build an innovative and transformative learning community, capable of creating value both locally and globally.

Thank you for this inspiring meeting! 🚀
