This document (hereinafter, the “Privacy Policy”) regulates (i) the conditions of access and use of the website www.tifcoop.com (hereinafter, the “Web”), (ii) the privacy policy of the Web, and (ii) the data provided by the Users in their relations with Tafalla Iron Foundry, S. Coop.

Time of conservation: the personal data collected by this means will be kept for the duration of the selection process to which the Interested Party has applied, and thereafter, for a maximum period of 1 year.

Purpose: personal data will be processed to send you commercial communications about TIF’s products, services and activities (events, fairs, congresses, etc.). If we do not obtain your consent or if your consent is withdrawn in the future, you will not receive commercial communications.
Legitimate basis: the basis that legitimizes the processing of personal data is the consent of the Interested Party and, where appropriate, the legitimate interest of TIF as there is a prior relationship between TIF and the Interested Party.
