Félix Ferrer has taken over as Chairman of the Governing Council of Tafalla Iron Foundry S. Coop. (TIF), following his tenure on the Social Council. His commitment is clear: to build a more participatory, cohesive cooperative, fully prepared to face the industrial challenges of the future.
“I hope these two years will be filled with hard work, dedication, and many successes for the cooperative,” stated Ferrer, who is committed to actively listening to members, strengthening their involvement in cooperative life, and moving toward a more transparent and inclusive model.
On the industrial side, Ferrer aims to consolidate TIF’s customer portfolio and maintain its growth trajectory. On the social front, he proposes to reinforce the sense of belonging, improve internal communication, and nurture the bonds that make the cooperative stronger.
With his appointment, TIF embarks on a new stage full of enthusiasm and collective commitment.
