Tafalla Iron Foundry S. Coop. (TIF) recently welcomed students from the Jesuitinas Educational Foundation, offering them the chance to gain a closer look at the cooperative’s operations and production processes.
The students toured TIF’s facilities, observing the different stages of manufacturing while learning how the cooperative works under the cooperative model, guided by the values of solidarity, fairness, and teamwork.
They were accompanied by Lucas Álvarez, president of the cooperative; José Antonio Molina Apezteguía, industrial director; and Edurne Gil Marcilla, head of training and recruitment in HR. Engineers from the plant also joined the visit, ensuring that both students and teachers enjoyed a comprehensive experience.
